I'm Isaac Tubonibo (in full, Isaac Tubonibo Iyaye-Williams). I'm the founder of Djengo and a software engineer in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, with over 5 years of hands-on experience building robust, efficient, and scalable products that meet (and often exceed) what stakeholders expect.

Djengo is operations software for places that host people: hotels, hospitals and clinics, estates, and restaurants. I founded it in 2025 and build it end to end, from the gRPC contracts and .NET payroll engine to the staff workspace, guest booking, and a cross-platform mobile app that launched as an installable PWA.

I collaborate closely with clients and teams, translating complex systems into plain language so everyone moves toward the same outcome.

I thrive in dynamic environments: calm under pressure, ready to pivot, and focused on shipping creative solutions that hold up in production.

Own product direction, architecture, and delivery end to end: a NestJS REST gateway in front of NestJS and .NET 8 domain services over gRPC and RabbitMQ (identity, organizations, HR events and approvals, payroll and financials, operations, facilities), each with its own PostgreSQL database. Built the Next.js staff workspace, guest booking, Nuxt admin, onboarding forms, and a cross-platform Expo mobile app (iOS, Android, and web) launched as an installable PWA. 22 repositories and 2,030 commits to date, now preparing pilot onboarding in Nigeria and Ghana.
